A (brief) introduction to my product development approach

I recently had the opportunity to speak with a group of interns about my approach to product development. The goal was to give a high level, philosophical introduction to product development to a lay audience.

My presentation focused how to do product wrong, how to do it right, and dove into the core areas of product development:

  • Customer Data
  • Managing the four fundamental product risks
  • Having the right team in place
